Building your agenda in the app is quick and easy! Simply select the plus icon next to a session that you want to join. Follow the steps in the image below to build your agenda!

Some sessions may produce a Session Full or Session Closed error if you attempt to add them. Follow the instructions provided in the pop-up.

If the organizer has this setting turned on, when you add a session to your personal agenda you'll have the option to add a reminder notification 15, 30 or 60 minutes before the start of the session.

For Hybrid and Virtual sessions, you may see a Video Stream indicator. This means that a Video Stream link has been added to the session, and 15 minutes before the session, you'll see a Join Live Stream button. Tap this button to launch the stream.

⭐️ Keep in mind, the organizer may add a recording link after the session is over. In that case, after the session you'll see a View Recording button. Tap this button to launch the recording.

If you prefer to watch the live stream or recording from your computer, open the session details and tap Watch on Desktop. You will be prompted to confirm your email address. Tap OK and instructions will be sent to your email.

Pro tips! 😎

  • You may sometimes see a red dot indicator on the Agenda feature. The dot means something in a session has been added or updated. This could be anything from a new session being added to a minor edit to an Agenda item.

  • The best sessions fill up quickly. Be sure to check the agenda ahead of time, and build your agenda sooner rather than later!

  • When tracks are available in your agenda, you can use filters to focus on the sessions that matter to you.

  • Choose something outside of your comfort zone. Stretch yourself, and you'll get much more out of it! We believe in you. 😃

  • If you schedule meetings with others, they'll appear in your My Agenda.

You're ready to master My Agenda. Don't forget to Rate and Review Sessions, Speakers and more!
